Applied Vision Works Leadership Coaching Benefit
PHCC of NC is proud to partner with Applied Vision Works to provide leadership coaching and strategic planning support to our contractor members.
Through this partnership, up to 15 PHCC contractor member companies annually may apply to receive one of the following leadership development opportunities at no cost:
- A four-session 1-on-1 coaching series for an owner, manager, or emerging leader, OR
- A leadership team “Take Action” meeting with follow-up accountability coaching conversations for participating team members.
This program is designed to help plumbing and HVAC businesses strengthen leadership, improve communication and accountability, develop future leaders, and create healthier, more effective teams.
Applied Vision Works also serves as a strategic partner in PHCC of NC’s Rising Leaders Program, supporting the next generation of industry leadership through ongoing education, facilitation, and mentorship.
